This gorgeous flat had been rented for 14 years and was in desperate need of attention. Keeping to our client's budget, we brightened up each room with new flooring, paint, lighting and replaced the large windows in front. We exchanged the boiler, radiators and installed a new, trendy kitchen. We have subsequently been asked back to complete several other projects for our client's other properties in London. We have attached the photos below of the garden paving, bespoke outdoor kitchen, joinery, bathroom and new wardrobe and internal doors - works completed from 2018, 2022, 2023.
